In this case, we are looking for a Business Developer keen to make a lasting impact on our business. In this role, the Business Developer will be responsible for outreach to potential clients who are aligned with our business strategy and values. In addition to that, this person will be working alongside the most senior members of the business and being part of sales and operational strategies.
Main Responsabilities and duties
- Identifying potential clients in the target market.
- Outbound lead generation and qualification.
- Help the pre-sales team develop personalized proposals, aligned to the client needs and Xmartlabs offer.
- Advance sales opportunities throughout the different stages of our sales pipeline watching over the customer experience.
- Develop strong long-term relationships with prospects and customers.
- Become an expert on our market and service offering.
Qualifications and skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Active listening, organization, and time management are critical to succeed in this role.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Background in Marketing or Business.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
- Experience within IT field.
- Acquainted to the development market and terminology.
