The challenge

Lynkos started off as a web-based CRM designed to boost sales team productivity. Its key differentials were simplicity and ease of use.

Sales teams usually meet customers outside of the office environment. Having access to contact and deal information using a reliable and responsive tool quickly became a priority.

Fast forward to now, Lynkos evolved into a fully-fledged B2B social network. It helps companies have an online presence and connect with potential customers and suppliers.

We were asked to lead the mobile development efforts to bring its power and simplicity to their users wherever they are. From the first release and beyond, we became Lynkos mobile partner to support and grow their iOS and Android apps.

The solution

We got on board to build native iOS and Android apps from concept to launch, taking the Lynkos experience to the next level.

We sticked around to keep the mobile apps in sync with the web version throughout a few iteration on the product value proposition and business model. On going maintenance and support ensured a seamless experience for their mobile users across platforms.

User Experience. We collaborated with the Lynkos team to design modern interfaces for iOS and Android, aligned with each platform's usability guidelines. The onboarding of new users is simple and ensures they have a positive experience from the get go.

Enterprise collaboration. The Lynkos platform can be used as a standalone CRM and collaboration tool for sales teams, it includes contact and task management, calendar integration and documents.

Network. The apps include typical network features such as a feed with posts and comments, privacy settings, company profiles and conenction requests management.

Performance. Having customers with several thousand contacts, the apps are optimized to handle big data sets and remain responsive.
